On tap at Iron Fist. A Saison with all Belgian Pilsner Malt.

A: Slightly cloudy honey orange with an inch of dense white foam. Lacing clings to the glass.

S: White pepper with notes of apple, orange, and pear. Nice combination of spice and fruit. There's a perfumy floral presence as well. Malt is faint. Alcohol is soft.

T: Peppery and floral with grassy notes and a low bitterness. The fruit is reminiscent of apple and pear. Alcohol is noticeable. There's a little harshness on the finish when the alcohol combines with the spice and bitterness.

M: Lower medium body with high carbonation.

Overall: A pretty tasty Saison.
