A: more brown than red and strong lacing
S: smells like a solid DIPA off the nose. Grapefruit and lime hops
T: fresh grass and sour citrus at front. Sweet malt in the middle with them coming together at finish well
O: sits heavy but is another bright red that I am a fan of and worth a pack

I love this beer. A perfect balance. Not for the hipster, hop bombers. This is a solid beer.

This beer is phenomenal. I only snagged one bottle (Thanks Robert!) but I would be easily tempted to make a six-pack disappear if it was available.

Appearance:
Perfect for style, IMO. A nice red-brown, call it very dark amber. Nice reddish-khaki head that lingers thru the whole glass

Aroma:
Floral, piney, cookie dough, berries/cherries. Bread crust

Taste:
Mostly mirrors the aroma. This is a good thing.

Mouthfeel:
Expertly well-integrated bitterness. It's really there, but it complements the beer. This lacks in many IPAs today, in my opinion.
Full, but not quite creamy MF.

look: 4.25 | smell: 3.25 | taste: 3 | feel: 3.25 | overall: 3.25

Appearance: This is a dark amber color, clear with lots of carbonation. The head is thick, foamy and billowy, very inviting to look at. Thick lacing to mar every sip.
Smell: Sweet, fruity and mild cranberry.
Taste: Sweet overall, mild tart fruity taste, not bad, mild on the hops, leans slightly towards being malt heavy.
Mouthfeel: medium to light bodied, smooth and easy to enjoy.
Overall: good introductory IPA, sweet, not too hoppy and smooth.

Poured from bottle dated July 15 (six months old). Perfect, clear dark red body with slight cream color head. Decent lacing on the way down.

Medium body is well carbonated. Aroma is almost non-existent, but it's an aging ipa so that is to be expected. Even so, the taste is very crisp and sweet up front with a strong bitterness, taste of pine and grapefruit hops in the close.

Overall, this is excellent. I had neglected it in my fridge since summer and decided to give it a go before it got too old. Glad I did, and I'll remember to revisit the fresh version too!

Not sure if my tastebuds agree this is an IPA but what we did agree on is this is a flavourful beer that i enjoyed.
