Notes:
This is a heavier bodied ale with a higher bitterness. The blend of several varieties of American Hops make this copper colored ale especially pleasing for pale ale lovers. Prominent hop aroma with citrus and floral notes. Hop emphasized with a firm bitterness accented by a subtle malt sweetness.

I had it on tap at the brewery and decided to buy a bomber to go for a review. No apparent bottle date, abv. listed on the bottle is 6.1%.
Look- Pours a clear deep amber color with a very generous amount of creamy white foam.
Smell- Pine, grapefruit, floral esters, and malt.
Taste- Pine, bitter grapefruit and caramel malt in the finish. There is a floral quality that takes over as you work through the bottle.
Feel- Oily and quite thick with a bitter dry finish.
Overall- A quality IPA with a good balance of hop bite and malt sweetness. I'll definitely seek this out next time I'm in Arizona.

Poured a nice clear amber, with thin white head that quickly dissipated, leaving a bit of lacing. Quite nice on the eyes. Scents of grapefruit and pine. A nice IPA scent. Flavor is very pine forward, very much a big hit of pine resin. Grapefruit pith is the secondary flavor, with a bit of a tiny floral hint in the finish. The bitterness level is quite high, befitting the beer's 90 IBUs. There is a tiny hint of malt present, but overall it's pine, a hint of grapefruit and a tiny amount of floral hops. A nice piney hop bomb. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. About what is standard for the style. Overall this is a good IPA, with a nice pine forward character and a nice high level of bitterness. Well worth trying.

Can poured into a BarrelHouse Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours golden amber with a frothy light tan head that settles to a firm layer and leaves some nice lacing.
S: Pine and grapefruit, bready malt, and a littlle sweetness.
T: Pine, citrus, grapefruit zest, a little lemon and orange, bready malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Good old school IPA. Maybe not super special, but nicely balanced and well executed.

This beer reminds me of flagstaff. It is cool, refreshing, wit some bold, but smooth citrus/melon tasting hops. The best way to drink this beer is on draft. Golden amber color, slight caramel flavor. Slight, frothy head. It has a skunky, danka smell too that reminds me of Flagstaff. Cheers.
