L- Pale gold, slight haze, 3mm white head.
S- Mild herbs, lable says thyme and yes I can smell that.
T- Thyme is the most prominent single flavour, but it's still pretty subtle as this isn't a beer shouting major statements.
F- Well carbonated, tastes much lighter than 5.3%, rather thin with the thyme herb edge.
O- Rather underwhelming, overall it's comes over as thin.
Bought at the Vinbudin in Reykjavik. IsK454 for a 330ml bottle, £3. Produced: 06/08/19 BB: 06/08/21

Poured from a bottle at a restaurant while in Iceland. Label says its brewed with Arctic Thyme.
Smell and taste have an interesting herbal quality, distinctly of thyme and also aspects of grassy green tea. Cracker biscuit malts underneath.

A nice, interesting beer, glad I tried it!

Thanks to Johann for bringing this back.
For a beer brewed with all native ingredients (note that wheat and barley do not grow naturally in Iceland), this is an outstanding example of making do with what you can naturally source. Kudos to the brewery for that.
The thyme was interesting, not a fan of herbed or spicy beers but this one surprised me. I have three left, they won't be wasted.

It's my first thyme laden beer, so I have no points of reference, but the thyme is not overwhelming but adds to the mouth feel. It doesn't smell like a beer- I am not sure if that is positive or not. The smell and taste are good. I would recommend if you are looking for a herb beer but not otherwise.

My friends went on a week long trip to Iceland and I fed their cat Jesus. When they returned home, they brought me beer! This was the third one I tried and the first in the 3-pack sample they got me from borg. I think its great. I get a big honey/orange cinnamon taste and a huge mouthfeel. Big on carbonation but carbonation that quickly dissipates. The beer is spiced and I can't quite make out what the spice is exactly. I think this would be a great beer to have on a ski trip. That's just the vibe I get. Overall, I really like this brew.

12oz bottle, served at Rain in Keflavik, Iceland. Served in the appropriate Borg snifter glass.

Pours a medium golden straw-yellow body, one finger white head, good retention, bits of lacing. Smells of arctic thyme, light toasted cereal grain, a bit of earth, mineral. Simple, but big on the thyme without being heavyhanded. Flavour is similarly heavy on the thyme without being overbearing. A bit of cereal grain, earth, minerals, touch of sulfur. A good representation of Icelandic thyme-laden beer. Mouthfeel is lighter bodied, crisp and dry, refreshing, with thyme on the finish. A simple thyme-forward beer that doesn't slam you on the head with thyme, but offers just enough to keep it interesting and refreshing. Not complex, but very drinkable and tasty.
