May 2016: 330 ml can, probably from SPAR Jørpeland. ABV is 4.5%. Golden colour, large white head. Aroma of American hops, notes of pine and grapefruit. Light bodied, but not extremely thin. Medium dry flavour, strong notes of pine needles and grapefruit, bitter aftertaste. Refreshing and fairly nice.

Pours cloudy pale straw with a frothy, everlasting head. The aroma is a balance of leafy, herbal, citrusy hops and bready pale malts. Floral, woody, citrusy hop notes blend with a grainy, doughy maltiness and some fruity yeast esters. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with a light, creamy carbonation. Light bitterness and lingering maltiness in the finish.
A nice, but restrained session IPA. Still worth a try if you find yourself in Iceland.

L: Slightly Hazy yellow gold color with a medium creamy white head and several rings of lacing on the glass.
S: Notes of tropical fruit, some sulfur, grass, grapefruit and a light grainy malt. Some pine and floral also poke their heads out.
T: Starts with a sweet tropical fruit, followed by some grapefruit rind, notes of floral and grass with a light grassy aftertaste, medium bitterness.
F: Body feels a little thin and watery.
O: Less in your face than the American IPA but still solid.

Very similar to Founders All All Day IPA but quite possibly perhaps even better??? I think its the Icelandic water. Had this in a 20 oz. English pint glass in a hotel outside of Hof Iceland. These Icelandic people know how to make beer!!!!
