This is a convenience store but is mainly about alcohol. I have to say they have a really decent selection, even quite good if you know what else is available in the area, but I'm afraid the quality can be lacking. Most beers are room temp with a small singles cooler and a small walk-in in back for selected 6-packs. There is a double-sided display rack sitting directly in front of you as you walk in--directly in the afternoon sun. Racks lining the walls are not as exposed, but are still going to have light issues. More than once I have bought a 6er from this store that was well past it's prime and/or poorly kept. Watch the BB dates, which is the lesson I had to learn. Most 6ers are going to be 9.99-11.99, with some going higher.

Service is polar--if you get one of the caucasian college kids behind the counter, be prepared for reticence or even belligerence. But if it is one of the young Indian guys who seem to be there most of the time, then the service is good. I have spoken with them about new beers more than once and they take suggestions on what to try to get from their distributor (Founders is their newest acquisition, which is one that I had suggested on numerous occasions).

This doesn't have the selection of a Total Wine or anything, but like I said it is a pretty good store right off the interstate if you are passing through.
