A refreshing amber colored Bock brewed with German malt and noble variety hops, and a Munich lager yeast. Cool fermented and lagered to maturity, this beer is smooth, satisfying and malty without being cloying – aiming at the drinkability of a Sierra Nevada Glissade but to a genuine Single Bock style. Named after a Native American princess who met her end over the eponymous Berkshire County waterfall - the highest in the state of Massachusetts.

Cask at d.b.a., Brooklyn, NY

A: The beer is relatively clear copper in color and has a few bubbles floating on the surface.
S: Malty aromas of bread and caramel as well as some hints of floral hops are present in the nose.
T: Like the smell, the overall taste is quite malty but isn’t overpowering in any way.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very smooth on the palate with no carbonation. The maltiness doesn’t make it seem as heavy compared to other beers in the style.
O: The beer is well balanced and would be a nice one to drink outside on a chilly autumn or spring day.

Tap at Armsby Abbey

Pours a big fizzy 1+ finger head that fades semi slowly, over hazy copper orange color.

Nose had some fruits, light wheat aromas, some yeast, almost a pear or apricot like fruit...? some more malts underneath.

Taste starts fruity again, light esters, some wheats, light yeast, light fruity hops, some juicy and mild sweet malts, juicy apricot, pear, maybe peach, fruits, little grimy too. Finishes slightly drier and lingering malts, wheats, and light esters and fruit flavors.

Mouth is med bodied, decent carb.

Overall not bad but not great, weird flavors, fruity, esters, not a ton of wheat.
