On-tap 9/2/2012 at Pour Farm Tavern in New Bedford, MA, served in a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is light amber color, with a short off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma is faint but contains caramelized malts, citrus and a good amount of hops.
T: The taste starts out with a strong but not over-powering hops bitterness. Then some mildly sweet flavors of caramel and citrus come in. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean and dry.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, good kick, good representation of style, this is a very solid beer to drink for a long time.

First tried this IPA this afternoon. Wonderful citrus and tropical aroma. Very smooth and well balanced IPA. Only available at the brewery right now and served in flights. Highly recommend they can this one.

Poured from growler purchased at the brewery.
L - Light amber body with a thin white head. Little lacing throughout.
S- Fairly strong hop presence (kind of apple cider-ish). Malt comes through at the end.
T - Fairly bitter but decent balance with the malt.
F - Not really crisp but decent.
O - Pretty good beer overall. For some reason seems like a fall seasonal beer for me. (Just as an added piece, nice folks at the brewery).
