Bomber bottle, purchased at State Line in MD and transported by my drinking buddy JP.
Pours lightly hazed chestnut amber, under a frothy and lasting medium khaki head, that leaves thick, large and high blotches of stickage.
Herbal/tea hop nose, with an earthiness that's inviting and makes ya want to give this one a big swig.
Tasty and fresh tasting ale, with ample hop presence and malt to sweeten things up a bit. Hops continue on the leafy/herbal tea theme yet with a bit of a bite. Notes of some soft lime, more tea, and a tea infused finish.
Decent and well crafted, but I'm not in love...too much tea character for me, I like more on the citric side I suppose..

Bottle: Poured an orangey color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of fresh green hops with pungent notes that are somewhat interesting. Taste is also dominated by fresh green hops notes with some pungent notes and some lightly sweet caramel malt that is also noticeable. Body is about average for style with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Not bad but I am not sure Centennial is the best hops for single hops IPA and too bad I didn't notice the dating on the bottle before buying.
