Pours a gold color. A little darker than a typical west coast style ipa. Smell is very hop forward. Honestly smells like a green flash beer to me. Very good hop profile with a good citrus taste finishing very smoothly. I can definitely see where they get the name from. Would recommend to anyone who likes a good citrusy ipa

Aroma: citrus , pine, grass
Appearance: slightly hazy, mostly clear. Golden yellow color. Barely a head.
Taste: hoppy, but not overly. A little citrus. A little touch of soapy aftertaste.
Feel; very drinkable. Refreshing. Lively and light even though carbonation seems average best.
Pretty good. I would say slightly under par for terrapin, slightly above for green flash.

Poured from an admittedly old bottle dated 111914 on bottle neck into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint glass. Purchased at Wine Warehouse (Charlottesville, VA).
A: Orange amber with 1-finger nearly white head which drops moderately quickly to leave a thick band of clingy lacing.
S: Heavy orange ginger in the aroma with some citrus hopping and light pale malt
T: Flavor also really heavy on ginger with some tangerine/orange juiciness but not much in the way of malt flavor. Tangy citrus in the finish. Moderately bitter. No yeast or alcohol presence.
M: Clean and pretry creamy with light-medium body and lighter than usual carbonation to add to the creamy impression.
O: A beer for ginger beer lovers, one of whom I am not.

Sweet citrus and vanilla then slight to moderate hops, orange peel, grapefruit, not too much malt very subtle even. Sweet. Excellent beer. Would buy again.

A: poured from a 22 oz bottle into a pint glass, orange amber with a large soapy white head that dissipates leaving whispy lacing, clear
S: citrus hops that are heavy on orange, light pineapple, malty sweetness
T: very sweet with an odd peppery spice, orange or tangerine is there but not pronounced, more malty than bitter
M: sticky with lower carbonation
O: kind of just a malty IPA with some odd pepper spice thrown in
