Pours a clear brass color with a large blooming white head that settles into a frothy mass after awhile.Citric and piney hops mixed with fragrant fresh chili spice in the nose.Caramel and biscuit malts play a big role on the palate with the resinious hops and fresh chili flavors coming in the back end,not as much heat as expected. Not bad,a little tame but a pretty good mix of spice and hops here.

Had a surprisingly pleasant heat kick on the back end of a nice, tropical, resiny hoppiness. The habanero did not wear on me like it does with other beers that incorporate peppers. Nicely done.

This beer started out very good with a sweet taste upon the first sip and then a slight hint of heat, but as i drank more of it the beer became sweeter and sweeter to the point where is was over bearing and too much.

12oz can, sample from the brewery.

Like an DIPA isn't already amped up, mango and habanero ... sure, why not. Slightly hazed amber hue, nice looking head. Smells juicy and peppery with rind, mangoes, chili peppers, alcoholic esters, and a mild caramel tone. This beer hugs my palate hard, hop bitterness stays true to what a DIPA is, lots of dankness and mango flavor with a warming blanket of peppery goodness. It works, so much going on but in the end I had no problem crushing this can.

Deep copper color with an inch of creamy off white to light tan head. The aroma is of citrus hops with a hint of the spicy habanero peppers. The flavor is a mix of artificial mango, citrus hops and spicy habanero peppers. In the end the hop flavor is overwhelmed by the peppers. The mouth is fairly smooth, but there is definitely a warming sensation on your throat from the habaneros.

12 oz can. Probably past its prime but not much different from a can I had at an earlier date.
Over-ripe mango and jalapeno peppers blend OK in both the nose but not in the mouth. Mild heat from the peppers lingers on along with a messy mango-pepper taste.
Full body and medium carbonation.

The habanero is just about unnoticeable. Tasted great, very fruity. But I couldn't give it higher than a 3 in taste. If habanero is in the name, we are expecting some heat.

12oz can poured into a tulip, drink by 1/22/17

A- pours a clear amber color with a one-finger creamy white head that reduces to leave nothing behind

S- plenty of tropical fruit on the nose; mango, guava, pineapple & citrus. Slightly bready malt underneath

T- very fruity up front, almost drinks like a fruit ale; plenty of mango, melon, guava with some citrus notes. The habanero is barely traceable, mostly in heat instead of flavor. The finish is sweet with more fruit on the linger

M- medium body and carbonation leads to a foamy mouthful that turns into a creamy finish, abv is hidden well

O- doesn't really drink like a DIPA, but it does drink like a pretty tasty fruit ale

A thanks to the creator of the canquest, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a bronze color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of mango, some peppers. Taste is peppers, spicy but not hot, little of the mango's picked up in the aroma. Not as hoppy as I would expect from this style, alcohol is well hidden. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall, far from a traditional DIPA, but an enjoyable beer.

Hi-10 DIPA has a medium, orange-white head, a mostly clear, orange appearance, some ascending bubbles, and some light lacing left behind, on the glass. The aroma is of white bread crust, sourness, a bit of spice, and some fruit. Taste is of sweet, store-brand white bread crust, some odd mango fruit strangeness, and not much bitterness, even with a state 110 IBU. No, this is not a hot beer, even with habenero. Mouthfeel is high medium, and Hi-10 DIPA finishes on the dry side.
