12oz bottle poured into a pint glass.
A - Pours a hazy, peachy yellow-orange with just a thin lace of white head.
S - Smells of wheat, banana, with hints of black pepper and clove.
T - Banana flavor is more subdued than I expected from the nose. There's also some cereal graininess, fresh citrus, and a dash of phenolic spice. Fairly sweet with just a little hop bitterness in the finish.
M - Medium-bodied with perky carbonation.
D - While I generally disapprove of beer drinkers who pan American brewers' attempts at classic European styles, I often find myself agreeing when it comes to wheat beers. Sunray is no match for a good Bavarian hefe, though it is thirst quenching and rather drinkable -- I certainly wouldn't turn it down at a picnic.

From what I can remember from having this beer I liked it. It has been a long time since I had this beer, but I do remember that I liked it. So far every Terrapin beer that I have tried I have liked. I wish that they did not retire this beer, because I would go have another one if they did not retire it.
