Strong, grainy aroma, some citrus. Bright red, clear color. Tastes is rye, bread, cranberry, grapefruit . Touch of yeast. Mosaic hop gives a great flavor; blends with malt and other flavors well. Excellent.

Deep burgundy red, fairly clear, with a few fingers of foamy tan head that leaves thick, clumpy lacing. Sweet aroma of oranges, tropical fruit and light pine, with a little rye spiciness mixed in. Fairly thick bodied and somewhat chewy mouthfeel, with strong carbonation. The flavor is more muted than the aroma. The malt sweetness and touch of tropical hop flavor is present up front, followed quickly by a twang of herbs and rye pepperiness, and then a fairly watery backend. Moderately bitter. Looked and smelled great, but for me, the taste didn't quite close the deal.

Pours - Brown reddish color semi clear decent off white head excellent lacing.
Smell - Hoppy smell little earthy I also get some oak and a little citrus.
Taste - The hops stand out more than anything, little bready and bitter as well.
Feel - Medium body slightly dry and bitter.
Overall - A decent beer glad I got a chance to try it not sure I would have it again.

Pours a very dark hazy copper color with mahogany edges and a half finger off-white head that slowly settles into a thin, lasting ring. Decent retention leaving sporadic streaks of lacing behind.
Slightly earthy floral hop aroma with spicy rye and a prominent sweet malt backbone. The peppery rye sweet malt presence unfortunately overpower the hops. Strong rye character along with caramel, toffee hazelnut and dark fruit sweetness. Subtle earthy pine character but there is also some citrus/topical fruit sweetness as it opens with hints of melon and grapefruit. Smells decent enough for a hoppy beer that focuses on a particular variety, but it's too malty overshadowing the more interesting characteristics.
Chewy full body with a blast of dry, earthy hop bitterness that compliments the strong peppery rye flavors. The bitterness and peppery spice linger over the sweet malt backbone into a dry finish. Again, the rye and malts are prominent but they don't overwhelm the hop profile like in the nose. Plenty of dank resins, earthy pine and spruce tip along with subtle tropical fruit sweetness. A bit more grapefruit than in the arom as well as some tart citrus peel. Peppery rye is most prominent flavor lingering over a sweet caramel backbone with hints of toffee, toasted bread and hazelnut. Easy to drink with more hop character than expected but it's still a bit one dimensional and overpowered by the rye and dark malt sweetness.
