From the brewers info sheet: 90 minute boil with hops added every 10 minutes using Galena, Simcoe and Northern Brewer hops.

Served in straight pint glass. Poured a clean, clear light golden yellow with about a half-inch of just off-white head that had very good retention and lacing.

The aroma was very hop forward, with a nice blend of citrus and pine, supported by a touch of malt sweetness. There is a trace of alcohol in the background. On the tongue the hops are really burst forward. The dominant flavors are the citrus and pine from the hops. There is a bit of a sweet finish and a noticeable alcohol taste at the end.

The body was very good for the style, but perhaps was a bit too sticky on the finish for me, but it was still very good. Drinkability was very good for such a big beer. A couple would go down perhaps too easy.

Overall, a very good brew for a new breweries first attempt at the style. Worth seeking out if you're in the Puget Sound.
