The brew presents as a cloudy, deep amber bottle pour we itch a wisp of foam that dissipates quickly. The aroma is sweet, tart and spicy (allspice mostly). The flavor is full with sour peaches, grapes and apricots. The spice flavor is detectable, but appreciably, minimal. The mouthfeel is smooth and of medium weight. -very good, and worth the wait.

On tap at Brewberry Bar in Paris, France. Poured in a 12.5cl tasting glass. 2014 vintage. Pumpkin spices are appreciated in this pumpkin smash. The tartness is there and enjoyable but not as big as some other stuff from Cascade

Poured a brownish body with good head and minimal lace patches. Aroma is basically sweet and sour pumpkin spice/smells with bits of booze. Boozy, slightly sour taste with a minimal pumpkin sweetness and spice along with touches of malty goodness/sweetness and maintains a great balance and get bits of each flavor profile.

Clear, dark yet shiny brownish-red-copper with a bubbly tan collar.

Smell is really woody and dusty nuts with toasted biscuit, toffee, a hint of rum and funky cheese.

Sweet, rum and coke-esque flavors pair with a spicy, sharp and acidic oak character and sour cherry. There's not really that much pumpkin or pumpkin-pie spice, which is a not-so-bad surprise.

Thin and watery but crisp, finishing dry.

2013 vintage

Drinking a 2014 Project...pours a muddy amber btown with a thin off white head. Aroma is vanilla, star anise and cinnamon with other spice, some brandy sweetness. Flavor is tangy and smooth, light spice. Very good overall...pumpkin weirdness on the next level. Normally really distaste bourbon aged sours...but this one does it.
