12oz can. Can bottom is stamped 'CANNED ON 11/03/2020'.
Mostly clear, pale gold colored body. Brief skiff of white head. No lacing.
Aroma of sage, lemon, spice, and oak barrel.
Taste is sour with lemon, tempered by the tea, sage, and coriander spice. A little oak barrel. Salt on the lips. Dry and quick to disappear in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel, with effervescence. Very good carbonation. Some prickliness on the tongue.
Has a combination of smells and flavors not often encountered. This is a sour wheat ale, with the addition of being kept in oak barrels and the later infusions of ingredients. Really a custom made Berliner Weisse. Reminds me of some funk, but this taste is done with the later infusions.
