A complete disappointment. Cascade brews this ale with coriander and citrus peel. The taste is tart with an underlying citric sweetness, like a caustic 7-Up as absorbed into a dishrag. A note of marshmallow pokes through. The body is pale yellow, modestly hazed though not overtly clouded, and shows a white rim of head. The aroma is especially foul.

Challenging to appreciate or consume.
