Pours a good looking IPA with a reddish, copper hue. There is a little carbonation but a medium sized white head laces throughout the drink.
Smell is very nice. A good amount of hops with a lot of fresh citrus smells and even a bit of pine at the end.
Taste is very good IPA. A couple of different tastes to it. The citrus tastes and fresh pine balance very well with each other.
Mouthfeel is medium-thickness. A good mouthful that you can feel, but goes down smoothly.
Drinkability is very good on this IPA. A lot of good balance on this drink makes it very easy to drink this down. I wouldn't have guessed this beer ranked in at 7% ABV. It is a drink with good balance and goes down very easy. A great local product from Akron.

Poured on tap at VE, a slightly hazed clouded amber copper hue with a bright white head forming thick, leaves behind fine speckled lacing as it dwindles. Aroma was full of pine, citric, and earthy hops, a nice lightly malted caramel biscuit background provides a nice overall breadiness to the beer. FLavors wise, very nice assertive and fresh hoppiness more floral, citri, and pine cone notes from the hops provided here. Balanced with just enough hops, a really stand up local Ohio brewed IPA that deserves to be sought after. Mouthfeel was medium bodied with slightly slick hop oils going across the palate with each sip, moderated easy going carbonation. Overall I could put a few of these away without ever realizing the hidden alcohol, a very nice standard drinking IPA.
