Thanks to RichJ1970 for including this in his NBS BIF #3 box. Poured into 10oz goblet from 750ml bottle. Poured a dark orange-gold color with no head. There was plenty of carbonation as lots of tight bubbles clung to the side of the glass.

A tartness was at the front of the nose, with subtle grain and peach in the supporting roles. This beer was pretty similar on the tongue, although the tartness wasn't as dominating. The fruit flavor was a bit stronger than in the nose, but not overpowering.

The body was light and crisp, and had a dry finish. Drinkability was good, and will depend on how well you like peaches. Peaches aren't my favorite, so I'd like to try some berry variants of this beer. Overall, a very nice brew, if you like fruited sours, this is certainly worth your time.

Poured into a tulip glass. Thanks, Alan.

A: Clear bronze, not much head. Light lacing; more foam than lace.

S: Light peaches; I was hoping for a bigger punch on the smell.

T: Pulpy peaches, lightly tart, with a caramel finish.

M: Low to medium with low carbonation.

O: Needs more tartness, more umph. Kind of a dull lambic.
