Big juicy American hops burst from this unfiltered deep amber ale. The caramel sweetness takes a backseat only to the abundance of citrusy, piney flavors and aromas. Dominated by Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Falconer's Flight hops, our double IPA has been dry-hopped for over a month.

A: Decent head retention, a thin layer of tightly packed head, caramel in color with lots of dark orange, very little action visible in the beer - 4.00, S: Strong citrus and more specifically orange and tangerine, quite pungent, I also pick up some tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango, there's also a good deal of honey - 4.50, T: Hops dominate the palate as one might expect on a double IPA, thick and syrupy, sharp hop bite, very pungent - 4.25, M: Thick and heavily bodied - 4.50, D: A nice double IPA, solid interpretation of the style - 4.50
