The beer is a pretty shared of garnet / pink with a thick, white head. The aroma brings raspberries, cherries, jam. Tart and fruity. Nice flavor. Lots of berries with a light puckering sensation. I haven't tried Atrial Rubicite yet, but this makes me excited and optimistic about opening it. My chief complaint is the mouthfeel. thin and watery. the beer is enjoyable, but even a low abv/wild/Berliner type beer should retain a bit more heartiness in the palate. All said, this was solid. Everyone enjoyed it and the bottle was bone dry at the end of the night.

Batch 2

A- Light creamy head quickly disappears. The color is like grapefruit juice and it has a similar texture. Cloudy and yeasty, this is like fresh squeezed juice. 4.25

S- Citrusy, slightly tart and funky. There's a toasty malt aroma too that is great. 4.5

T- Tart, lemony and grapefruit-like, plus there's a grassy, earthy flavor as well. Really reminds me of Texas's rolling hills. 4.25

M- Light and refreshing with a pleasant tartness. The finish is highly earthy. 4.25

Excellent light drinker. Something I could drink all day.
