The pour is a light straw color with a white head. Very lactic aroma with tons of lemon and lemon zest. A bit of straw, lightly tropical, and maybe some other citrus notes. Very mild oak. High acidity on the palate with lots of tart lemon and green apple flavors. Hints of tropical fruit and oak, minimal funk, and straw.

Appearance- Hazy orange color with half finger of white head that hasnt really left.

Smell- Caramel, vanilla, apples, pear, green grapes, lemon, yeasty funk, light oak. Not boozy smelling, but it smells like a big beer.

Taste- Much of the same fruits but I pick up on more grapes and cherries than in the aroma. Vanilla oakiness is there for sure. Light hint of booze. Super light tartness. Buttery oak.

Mouthfeel- Big, well carbed, lightly hot, lightly tart, buttery.

Overall- Another good beer from JK, but not my favorite. Reminds me of Chardoneighbor of the Beast.
