Pours hazy golden yellow. Large frothy white head with some large bubbles leaving decent lacing.

Earthy grassy aroma with chamomile and spicy fruity hops. Distinct tropical fruit brett character along with classic earthy and farmy notes.

Following the aroma but with toasty malts and a slight tartness. Citrus and tropical fruit. Super dry with a firm bitterness.

High carbonation, dry, tart, and with some tannins.

Lots of flavors going on but still quite drinkable thanks to the dryness. Earthy and tropical notes from the mixed ferment are quite unique.
