750ml bottle, slow gusher poured into a wine glass appears burnt copper in color with a khaki head that fades leaving spotty lace.

Aroma is fruity like cherry mixed with vinegar in a sorta flanders way with a hint of caramel sweetness.

Taste is tart with vinegar and cherry. There is an earthy and mineral aspect to this making it almost meaty feeling.

Medium in body with modest carbonation. Its not that bad until it warms up, then the aftertaste gets pretty gross.
