got this beer filled from a growler to go after tasting several of the beers on tap drank it the next day while watching some baseball

beer poured into my glass clear with quickly disappearing offwhite head of bubbles very tightly formed

smell was a bit dank and rotten had some grassy aroma in there also some lunchmeat aroma not sure if that was supposed to be there but oh well

taste was pretty good it had some firm body in there and a nice honey malt flavor but the beer was lacking in a good hop presence at the end

mouthfeel nice needed a bit more carbonation to be real good and refreshing

overall a good beer but nothing extraordinary

A – Pours a light golden color with a nice head

S – Consists of a good touch of hops with a slight lemon scent

T – Very balanced flavor, crisp, and clean tasting

M – Medium carbonation, no aftertaste, very good pilsner

D – Excellent, beer is very smooth

O – This is a great tasting beer and I am very fortunate to live so close to the Crossroads Brewery. When in town I highly recommend you try this beer, my choice for filling the growler.

On tap poured into a cheater pint

A: light straw color, good 1/2" head with good retention gobs of carbonation, lacing rings the glass

S: flowery, light sweetness

T: slight crackery sweetness, flowery hops. Not a bitter as a lot of pilsners I have had. Very refreshing on a warm humid day

M: light bodied, easy drinking.

Crossroads continues to be a revelation.
