Funky as hell and damn tasty stuff. Big white head doesn't go away for days. Lots of Belgian character and funky saison goodness. This beer shouldn't be rushed and should be enjoyed over a spectrum of temperatures for appreciation of its complexities.

Pours a cloudy yellow-orange with fizzy white head. Citrus, yeast, funk, and some wheat on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with a some light fruits, mango and peach are what come to mind.

750 ml bottle shared into two oversized wine glasses.

Absolutely amazing color. Lively carbonation.poured 3 finger white head that stays thick throughout consumption.

Aroma is immediately of citrus. Followed by a punch of yeast and some sourness.

Taste is great! The name makes one think it would be overly bitter, however it is extremely well balanced. Citrus fruits and yeast is king ( no pun intended) of this beer. Some nice spiciness at the end of the sip. However, the beer is a bit sweet and heavy for its style. It would be better if it was a little lighter and more crisp.

I would reccomend pairing with a nice aged pamasean and salumi.
