Before leaving Tucson, I frequented Wilko quite often for dinner.
This restaurant has slowly transformed from a corner market/ cafe to an awesome gastropub.
The highlights on the tap list have been Hopslam, Gonzo, and they always have Modus Hoperandi.
Check the fridges for bottles as well, had an Oaked Yeti Bomber one time $12 (not bad considering it is an 8-9 bomber at Plaza).
While the beer prices are a bit high 5-7 a pint, the food is awesome.
Local ingredients, very fresh, perfect dishes every time.
The Jerk Chicken sandwich is a must, best sandwich I have ever had, my girlfriend and I would get it every week!

The only downside: as it has gained popularity, the prices have continued to rise. They use to have a happy hour, I was getting pints of Hopslam for $3 at one time!
