"This Czech-style pilsner is brewed with 100% pilsner malt and a blend of old and new world hops. Dry-hopping adds a hop accent to the nose, while cold fermentation with a classic Czech lager yeast emphasizes the fresh grainy flavor of the malt and the spiciness of the kettle hops. This beer provides plenty of flavor and nuance to be enjoyed on its own, but is also simple enough to get out of the way when food and/or conversation is the focus." Brewed in the style of a Czech pilsner, available in 22 oz. bottles and on limited draft. Brewed in collaboration with Beer Table as a small-scale one-off release.
Poured from a 22 oz. bottle to a tulip glass. Served above 57 degrees Fahrenheit.
(Appearance) Pours an off-white frothy foam head of a sudsy consistency over a densely hazy golden amber body with moderate lively carbonation and very good retention, patchy lacing. 4.25
(Smell) Cracker malts and with pale malt body undertones, modestly bitter hop notes of grass, floral tones and delicate fruit. Potency is moderate. 3.75
(Taste) Pale malts with a light impact of cracker malts and some light buttery sweetness, a bit heavier on the malt profile and slightly sweeter than expected for the style. Hop notes of grass, faint lemon and tangerine, soft peppery herbal tea, modest bitterness. Highly drinkable but not quite as crisp and traditional as one may expect from a Czech pilsner. 3.5
(Mouthfeel) Texture is silky, slick, modestly dry. Carbonation is mild, generating a moderate frothiness and a mildly crisp finish. Body is medium+ for the style, light/medium overall. Balance is evenly bitter to sweet. Alcohol presence is mild and there are no off characters. 3.5
(Overall) Westbrook's go at Table Beer does fine by my drinkability standards, although it doesn't snugly confine itself within the Czech Pilsner style, with limitations in dryness, hop profile and carbonation, the drinkability is a bit lower than with other, lighter bodied and crisper Pilsners. Overall, it's a tasty Pilsener for what it is, and recommend giving this beer a try. 3.75

Pours a light hazy straw yellow, with a nice inch and a half thick white head. Smell of floral, lager yeast, grass, some minor earth notes, little bit of lemon, and biscuit malt. Taste of lemon, sweet floral notes, pepper, pine, grass, a bit of a dry taste, very crisp, drinkable, and a nice full creamy mouth feel.

A - Pours a cloudy golden orange with a two-finger sturdy white head. The head retention is great leaving tons of sticky lacing.
S - Aroma is light biscuity malt and faint lemony citrus.
T - the taste is biscuity malts, grassy hops, and lemon zest. There is a nice pepper bite in the finish.
M - Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Very soft and creamy mouthfeel.
O - This was a pleasant suprise. The flavors are nice and spot on for the style.
