L - Pour a straw colored body that is very clear with a frothy one finger eggshell colored head. The pour really reminded me of how a cider usually pours. Given the base beer, I guess that's to be expected.
S - The salty gose base is definitely not covered up by the hints of rum and mint.
T - Tart and salty at first, as it should be. The rum barrels round out the edges of the beer and the mint is a unique addition.
F - Light bodied and medium carbonation. It has a dry finish.
O - The gose is a great beer by itself. The rum barrels smooth it out and the mint adds some complexity.

Appearance: Arrives with a slightly hazy goldenstraw color, no head and no lace (not an issue with the bottled version)
Smell: Smells like a Mojito, with the lime and mint coming through
Taste: The lime and the salt are pronounced with hints of mint and sugar developing; a bit of lactic sourness pervades the finish
Mouthfeel: Light body with very low carbonation (the bottled version has medium to high carbonation)
Overall: Surprised at the poor carbonation at the brewpub but this would be much better if properly carbonated (and is, with the bottled version so am bumping up the score)
