Medium golden orange body is opaque under a towering head of white crystal foam... Great hop choice for a Brut IPA - the Galaxy hop pops with bright, clean, and dry notes of grapefruit zest, lime pith, and mild, mild orange undertones - manages to be a juicy at the same time it drinks dry... Body is full and soft, but cleansing on the finish... 11/2/18 canning...

-very pale yellow and very cloudy can pour with a 2 cm fluff cap and faint lemony aroma. The flavor is light, but pleasant. It holds tangerine notes and a crisp malt base. The finish is dry and the feel is smooth. There is no alcohol sweetness or heat.

Pours a very hazy orange juice yellow with huge foamy head, seems to be more of a NE than what I would consider a Brut style IPA. The smell is fantastic, a lot of pineapple, guava on the nose. For being so heavily hopped it comes across fairly balanced with some nice tropical notes on the palate. Mouthfeel seems a little chewy to me for the style but it does finish crisp and dry. Overall this is a very good beer but I feel that it has missed the mark a bit as a Brut, had it been marketed as a NE I would have graded it higher.

A: The beer is very cloudy whitish yellow in color. It poured with a finger high frothy bright white head that consistently left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and some thick lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of mangos and pineapples are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has light to moderate flavors of mangos along with hints of pineapples.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer really does a good job at exhibiting a dry mouthfeel that is representative of other beers in this style.
Serving type: can

A: Pours a murky, milky pale bright yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + medium golden yellow + pale orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of slightly mottled medium thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Medium to strong aromas of juicy tropical/mango, tropical/pineapple, citrus/passionfruit, citrus/orange rind, and stone fruit/peach hops over the top just shy of moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + wheat malts with a hint of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + wheat malts with a hint of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy tropical/mango, tropical/pineapple, citrus/passionfruit, citrus/orange rind, and stone fruit/peach hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which lingers slightly leaving a light to moderate tropical + citrus fruit hop flavor lingering.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Soft/fluffy and creamy with a moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol. Enjoyable and a really nice example of a Brut IPA. Definitely worth grabbing and it showcases the Galaxy hop quite well.

Appearance - Pours opaque yellow with huge soapy white head with excellent retention. Tons of lacing.
Aroma - Overly ripe pineapple and mango with a hint of melon. Candied orange slices, a touch of citrus peel just enough to balance out the sweetness.
Taste - Initially mild sweet melon and mango, the citrus peel and grapefruit balance out really well to the sweet fruit really takes a backseat to the more bitter and hoppy flavor after the initial taste.
Feel - Really creamy soft feel, the finish is pretty dry bitterness lingers.
Overall - might be teh best Brut IPA I have had so far. Really great flavors well balanced.
