L: Had this beer on-tap at Westbrook's tasting room, poured into a taster. Had a yellowish color and a cloudy consistency. there was a half inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Above average lacing.
S: An oddball aroma of hops, citrus fruit, eggs, vanilla, malt, and spice as well.
T: Tasted of a little bit of malt (mostly in the finish; not a huge factor), a tinge of vanilla (lingers around the edges), a slight eggy quality (less than you'd think), some hops (very much underplayed), and a little nutmeg thrown in. An unusual flavor that doesn't really live up to its name; it doesn't really taste like eggnog. Still, not bad.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: Not your average beer, and it has flaws, but worth a shot.
