A hazy golden pale yellow beer and a good amount of carbonation bubbles. A two-finger head with okay retention. The white head is creamy and foamy with a touch of lacing on the glass.
Coriander, lemon, bready, yeasty, grassy, vinegar, caramel, sea air, and grassy.
Sea Salt, lemon, coriander, herbal, grassy, lemon, acidic, crackers, sour dough, and yeast flavors in the beer.
High carbonation, light body, sourness (not astringent), medium plus finish.
This is one of the best gose I have had so far. It has a wonderful flavor, well balanced and seriously wished I had a 12 pack.

Sharp. Tart. Salty. Effervescent. Grassy. Citrusy. Light. Golden. Tongue-tickling. Pretty fantastic gose.

L- Straw colored/hazy appearance with a fizzy half finger head that quickly dissipates to a lacy head coming forth. Little to no carbonation visible.
S- Sweet, sour, salty, salt watery? A tart aroma tickles my nose when I inhale. The wheat is also present. Smells awesome, very sophisticated!
T- Very tart/sour right off the bat, great balance of salty-ness. Simple, yet great memorable flavor. Also very wheaty, this beer's flavor follows the nose.
F- Thin, surprisingly fizzy, fresh and crisp.
O- Powerful yet simple. Not complex because it doesn't need to be. This beer pays homage to a style that was once dying. Haven't had many Gose, but I am hooked now because of this beer.

Very, very good! Cheers!

L: semi cloudy light yellow
S: sweet salt water
T: exactly like nose. Sweet salt water, I'm not a fan of the style I guess. Haven't had many gose beers.
F: thin and watery

If thanks to Goingbrokeonbeer for this
12 oz can, dated 9/12/15, poured into a pint glass

A- A slightly hazy golden straw with a two finger white head.

S- Lemons, coriander, wheat, just enough salt.

T- Lemons, touch of lime, wheat, coriander, salt, well balanced.

M- Smooth, light body.

O- A great Gose, taste is pretty traditional for a Gose. Wish I could get this near me!

On this Gose and sour binge this has been the best so far. So much so I buy it out every time I see it in store! It's currently my favorite beer and I always keep an eye out for it! Great simple taste. The second I open it I salivate knowing the taste I am about to get. Highly recommend.

12 oz can was poured into a nonic glass.

Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to nothing quickly. It is a slightly hazy golden yellow color with some clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass.

Smell: Lactose, wheat, and bready malts. Not much else going on, but that's expected.

Taste: Tart, sour, salty, wheaty, bready, a little chewy,

Mouthfeel: Light, tart, pucker, some sourness, a little chewy, light salt, refreshing, and medium carbonation.

Overall: I know it's cold here in New England, but this beer can be drank year round.

From the can, thanks graydongems

Appearance: clear straw colored with fine lacing after the 1 finger white head quickly faded. Fairly typical for style

Aroma: citrus tart, white wine

Taste: true to the nose, well balanced citrus (lemon, fresh squeezed lime) with refreshing salty finish. Salt is much more evident as it warmed

Mouthfeel: Light carbonation, perfect for style

Overall: the popularity is well warranted, benchmark for the style. Clean, refreshing, well balanced beer that is well executed and would be perfect on the beach in lieu of a margarita

I was surprised at how good this beer was. Not so surprised to see how highly it was rated. Picked it up on a trip to Charleston. Poured into an Aventinus Weizen glass, a hazy straw yellow color. Small white head, fades fast. Not much lacing. Aroma is impressive: salty, citrusy (lemon) with wheat bitterness and some spicing (coriander). Taste is even better. Strong salty and spicy flavor, bitterness from the wheat. This is a pretty authentic take on the style...mild hefe flavors and the salt predominate. So many US Gose have gimmicky flavors added. Mouthfeel is exceptional tart, salty, refreshing...just right!!!! A very good take on the style.
