Interesting take on the Pilsner. It has a soft mouthfeel like a NEIPA. Hops are a bit muted for my liking but still a quite solid Pilsner.

Golden yellow body with a bit of haze and a small, soapy looking head. Solid patterns of lace on the glass. Snappy, spicy hop aromas...grass, straw, cracked pepper, lemon, and some grain. Grassy, spicy, dry hoppy crispness on the palate. Malts are cracker-like, providing just a little backing sweetness. Aggressive, lively hoppiness, medium bodied, maybe even coming across a little heavy for the style which cuts down on the drinkability a bit, but overall this is a damn fine, zippy take on the style.
