Met up with some friends here last week, and felt it deserved a review. The restaurant is a large open space lined by booths, with a small bar and a pizza oven. It's located in the center of the Madrona neighborhood in Seattle.

There were 12 beers on tap, with a smattering of WA (Pike, Two Beers, Elysian, Big E, Elliott Bay) and West coast beers (Green Flash, Pizza Port, Laurelwood). The tap list was IPA heavy, there was no BMC, and their light offering was Radeberger Pils (very nice). It was a pleasant surprise to have some delicious San Diego IPAs on draft.

The food is pizza and pub grub, but above average in quality. The service was slow, and our server was misinformed about some of the beer selections.

The atmosphere is loud and casual, and there are lots of children running around - there's even a kid's corner where a plethora of children can play while parents can imbibe. So, this place would get higher reviews if I was a parent - because there are only so many places that are kid friendly and have a great selction of taps. It's not a beer bar worth seeking out, but if you (or your friends) have young children, it's an ideal place to bring them to without sacrificing your beer selection.
