A slightly spicy aroma, from generous hop additions, is carried on a complex caramel malt flavor in our American Amber Lager.

Reddish amber color with a modest white head that does, at least, hang around for the duration, leaving a bit of lace.

The aroma was very mild malt, slightly grassy.

The taste was pretty much American Macro lager. I don't know what seven grains they use but it must include rice and corn along with the barley, maybe some wheat. Whatever it is it doesn't seem to come through in the taste. Drinkable enough with a burger, but nothing to come back for.

While it may be feint praise, I enjoyed this the most of this casino brewery's offerings.

A crystal red appearance and and a tenacious lace on the glass.
Flavor is malty and sweet but not overpowering. Goes well with their pub food.

I have to admit I am curious what the "7 grains" are they claim to use in this one on the menu. No brewer was in sight and the wait staff wasn't helpful.Barley, corn.... rice, wheat... I can't believe Rye... ? Breakfast cereals or bread, yes. A plain seven grain brew??

Reddish-gold in hue, I think, as it was dreadfully dark at the brewpub, it seemed largely clear as I wiped away the condensation on the glass. It was served with a skimpy white head, the retention was very good, it hardly faded and a tight cap lasted the entire consumption. However there was no subsequent lacing. The nose smelled like a freezer and, well, nothing more. I let it warm up; nothing appeared (maybe there was a kiss of malt). Moving on. Where is the invitation to drink? The glass was cold to the touch and the palate felt this burden. The taste was watery. This wasn’t so much a sensation as it was a taste. There was the typical lager cleanliness with a weak malt backbone and a slight mineraly flavor. This really isn’t that tasty and it appears it was designed for the macro drinker. There is little to no bitterness or hop flavor. This is really simple and a pointless beverage. Medium in body with modest carbonation, seems fitting, the mouthfeel is decent. The abv has to be very low; I sailed through my 16-ounce glass. Where was the fun in that? It is not offensive but it is bland and not worthy drinking. They fumbled in the Red Zone.
