Look: It pours golden and clear with a white head. Head retention is good.
Smell: It has aromas of lemon and clove. There are some leather notes with a bit of grain.
Taste: It is actually a bit sweet with grain flavors and clove. There are very low lemon notes. There are also very light leather notes.
Feel: It has medium light body with a semi sweet finish.
Overall, it's not really dry in the finish and there is more grain that other elements in the flavor.

A 330ml bottle, with a best before date of 25th November 2020. Poured into a Holy Mountain tulip glass.
Appearance: A hazy golden orange colour with a two finger white head that had good retention and left some nice lacing.
Aroma: Orange, lemon, yeast, brett, funk and light floralness.
Taste: Brett, funk, orange, lemon zest and a hint of pepper spice.
Mouthfeel: Medium to light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Slightly too much brett for me, but still nice and interesting.

This was poured into a tulip. The appearance was a glossy burnt yellow color with a slim finger’s worth of quickly dissipating white foamy to bubbly head. Some light lacing clings and then slides into the beer. The smell had some light sweet to bitter lemon, light peppercorn, light vinous quality, and a slight sour edge underneath. The taste was a nice balance between the bitter and the sweet with a slight sour underneath. There’s a quick dry semi-sweet to sticky and slight sour finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation runs light enough to yield to a nice stickiness all around. Overall, I say this was a pretty good saison that I would have again.

750 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating(12881511 cap code). Pours slightly hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of big lemon, lime, peach, pineapple, pear, apricot, red apple, mango, melon, white grape, peppercorn, clove, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy/light funky yeas, moderate pale malt, and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, lime, peach, pineapple, pear, apricot, red apple, mango, melon, white grape, peppercorn, clove, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Moderate peppery yeast spice, light herbal bitterness, and slight tart/tangy notes on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, lime, peach, pineapple, pear, apricot, red apple, mango, melon, white grape, peppercorn, clove, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light musty funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy/light funky yeast, moderate pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/spiciness balance, and no cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitter/spiciness and carbonation, increasing through the glass. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.4%. Overall this is an awesome grisette style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy/light funky yeast, moderate pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. Awesome well developed Brett complexity, with a balancing malt backbone. A very enjoyable offering.
