Drank on draft in a teku glass on Cerveteca, Lisbon.
A: The body is yellow and a bit cloudy as a regular weissbier. Yet, the white head formed with a 2 finger thickness has a minor to non-existent retention which is a bit disappointing because a weissbier's head is thick, big, dense and has a rather good retention.
S: The aroma is weird because it's piny, citrusy and malty, much like an IPA instead of feeling banana and the ol'regular clove. It's a clear distinction from the regular weissbier but it's interesting.
T: This is the point where I start to think if this beer is OK or not. The flavor feels like turned citrus which is very very weird.
M: Coming from the taste, the end is tart - weird again. It's not even bitter, just tart.
O: Overall, I don't think this is beer is in perfect conditions but if it is, it's just not my kind of beer.

The colour is cool yellow with a tint of orange (8 EBC), the liquid is a bit hazy. The two finger head sinks down to a thin lid leaving no lacing.
The smell is tart with notes of leather, black pepper and olive oil. Quite unusual flavours…
The taste is sour with notes of lime juice and minerals. White loaf and floral bitterness in the background. Light to medium body. Minerals, iodine, exotic fruits (green bananas, mango) and sour dough in the aftertaste. Slowly growing sweetness and citric juice in the finish.
The carbonation is strong with lots of mid-sized sharp bubbles; the liquid is light and a bit harsh.
Quite fresh with some hoppy flavours in the aftertaste. I didn’t like the smell, though.
