Habanero Peppers have faded but still not bad.

This one-off habanero-laced Imperial Stout pours to a large, pebbly brown head on an effervescent, impenetrably black body that is completely devoid of highlights; head retention is modest and lacing is fair, consisting of spiky bands and arabesques. The nose is medium in intensity: a tasty blend of cocoa, cola and bitter chocolate with hints of toffee and faint smoky/alcohol topnotes, all over surprisingly faint boozy undertones. The palate is a seamless, fairly rich blend of smoky baker's chocolate, cocoa and dark molasses, with a more subtle cola character; overall, it lands on the balance point between sweet and bitter. The finish is a modest hit of chocolate and molasses, followed by the onset of a mild coffee/chocolate bitterness and a modest capsaicin burn that increases with consumption, both of which last for awhile. Mouthfeel is a bit thin for the full body, and is warming from the habaneros; the texture is medium-sticky/creamy and slightly peppery from the well-expressed carbonation. At this point in the beer's life, the habanero expresses itself solely in the mouthfeel and the linger, and the resultant burn is modest but builds nicely (as is the nature of capsaicin), and the alcohol is completely tamed. (22 oz bottle, about 3 years after release)

Classic IS pitch black with a mocha lacing that fades rather quickly. Smell is awesome. First you get a big wave of chocolate, followed by caramel, toasted nuts, figs and something milky sweet.
Taste is rather strange. Chocolate in all its forms. Sweet, bitter. It finishes with a rough feel of the habanero peppers. Medium body. Long and exquisite mouthfeel.
Very nice imperial stout by Evil Twin.

An overall exceptional stout! Most ideal for summer enjoyment given the exquisite habeñero spice, but can be enjoyed anytime for sure! A+

A lot of chocolate on the nose and up front in the taste. As the chocolate melts away the heat of the peppers start. A really interesting transition. It finishes with the warmth of peppers with just a hint of coffee. A definite buy and great find going into winter. Would pair very well with a fine cigar on a cool evening!

Bottle share! The Mini Dingo is a nice, mildly spiced up stout. Mostly chocolate in taste, but a faint hint of the pepper just tickles the back of the tonsils. Good intro to a pepper stout.

Solid pepper stout. Decently rich feel with a light tasty pepper presence.
