The body appears with a strong yellow body, lots of lively carbonation, and topped with a very thick, rocky, white head. The aroma combines elements of grass and old, stale citrus fruits with touches of pine. The flavor comes across with a combination of lemon and stale bread with a prominent hop bitterness that lingers long into the finish. Medium bodied; crisp and dry finish.

Table beer - an excellent name for a session ale. I could care less about the 4.5% ABV (it's not always about the alcohol punch), but his is one tasty (if slightly erratic) IPA. Hop bitterness dominates it all, and that is not a bad thing. There is enough light malt presence to somewhat balance things out, and a slight juiciness adds another dimension to the flavor profile. I'd do another bottle, without a doubt...

A cloudy, ugly body capped by a frothy durable head. Slightly bitter flavor with hints of soft ripe fruits, yeast and light bread. Near medium body and medium carbonation.

Golden straw colored nice tight bubbly white head that fades to a soapy ring and patchy sheet on the surface. Some wet shifting lace makes its casual appearance throughout. Aroma is clean with fruit; dark pitted fruits, grassy citrus, cranberry, grape skins, wild flowers, warm farm field aromas, slight wood musk and decomposing leafiness. Quite the aroma array here. Funky, sweet, nice and smooth bread grain malt, flowers and fruit. Taste is where the tartness makes its first appearance. I knew it was coming, but not from the smell... Perky bitterness mixed with prune, citrus rind, dates, maybe fig, brisk grassiness, lemon pointiness, and general hoppy sourness. Now that I've found the sour in the flavor I can smell its there... This overall is pretty nice, fun, festive, and happy to consume.

Murky yellow color under a nicely creamy white head. Strings of drippy lacing. Muted aroma of funky tropical fruit, hay, spicy resin, crackers, and muskiness. Hoppier flavor with increased grassiness over oily pine resin and grapefruit bitterness. There is something in there that has that distinct, green Simcoe quality, but it's quickly cut off by a dry, musty funk and notes of pepper and hay. Pretty light, crisp, and refreshing, finishing dry and bitter. Big, fairly aggressive flavor for such a low ABV beer.

Poured into a Dogfish Head pint glass. Pours a quite hazy light straw with gold tints and a big four finger white head with good retention and lots of pillowy lacing. Aroma of saison yeast, brett, light biscuit malt, citrus and light tropical fruit. Flavor is light bready and biscuit malt, grassy and citrus hops, apple and citrus juice; finishes with a nice grassy, citrus hop bitterness mixed with light funk from the brett. Medium bodied with active peppery carbonation. One of the better hybrids between a light American style IPA and saison/brett styles. The yeast in the flavor tastes more like a traditional American IPA yeast, but the brett is clearly present throughout. Not one of my go-to styles, but farily remarkable complexity and depth of flavors for a low ABV ale. Refreshing and nicely made.

A: The beer is relatively clear pale yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of funk are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of funk from the brett with light amounts of citrusy hops and hints of sourness.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is perfectly sessionable and has a nice amount of funky flavors despite its lighter bodied nature.
