Appearance: Black as night, a thin halo of dark brown foam.
Aroma: Complicated! A bit of the cinnamon, lots of malt.
Taste: Big and boozy, with a lot going on. Little pepper smoke, vanilla sweetness, slap of coffee bitter, all fighting for a moment in the spotlight.
Mouthfeel: Heavy body, little to no carbonation, viscous, slight oil in the finish.
Overall: Big ole beer. Almost too much going on, but I like all of it. A slow sipper for sure.

22 ounce bomber - so not fresh as I suspect now in 16 ounce cans. Had few times before but never reviewed.
Slightly oily black pour with scant fine bubbly reddish brown head - reddish highlights at edge.
Aroma dark malts - notes of coffee, cinnamon, and slight hint of peppers - certainly a chocolate aroma at back.
Tastes of sweet malt, a bit of caramel, coffee and dark chocolate - there is a distinct note of cinnamon spice, minimal heat but frankly I am a hot pepper lover and would not consider this spicy - but I am sure many would - a bit of dark chocolate bitterness at back.
Rich full mouthfeel - decent carbonation - leaving sweet and spicy.

650 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 10.5%. Pitch black colour, moderate brown head. Intense aroma of roast malts, coffee, cinnamon, almonds, cocoa, vanilla and chili. Rich mouthfeel. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements as the aroma (they are all actual ingredients), moderate hops. The habanero chilies leave a very subtle burn in the finish. Impressive beer.

Pours a one finger khaki head that fades quickly leaving traces of lace. Black color, no highlights. Light-medium carbonation and medium-heavy bodied. Smoky, caramel nose and flavor follows with chocolate, caramel and hints of habanero pepper. High ABV, 10.5%, is hidden. $15.69 for a 22oz bottle from Beverage Warehouse Winooski, VT

De Hopt. En copa Teku. Viendo Sex Education 2x06-07. Perfil a canela y chiles suave, que no desagrada. El alcohol se sube bastante a la cabeza . La experiencia sensorial que aporta no compensa para nada su elevado coste

Very dark, thin head. The beer is a beautifully opaque black. Fruity and chocolatey on the nose. This rich, heavy beer goes down easy. While there is a slightly burnt, metallic note on some sips, overall the notes of spice and dried fruit, along with an ample, sweet smack of chocolate overwhelm any unpleasantness.
