Was discounted, split with my buddy Spencer. Very hazy, smells and tastes like your standard saison. Fruity yeast and sweet bread dough, some clove and spice from the booze

Bought a 4-pack from The Beer Temple. So a short review now.
Drank about 8 ounces with lunch. Ryan & the Bunny cut the oils of the pizza medley while still soothing my buds after a peppery pizza. So, this saison is versatile at the table. Food-friendly, but refreshing also. I will taste test the rest of the can tonight at dinner with one of my go-tos. In the meantime, a rustic rendition true to style.
Later that evening... I didn't taste side-by-side, but I'm thinking Ryan could become a go-to. Quite delicious, but also makes the food better. Yeast is peppery, which is good because I don't spice my foods.
9/2/22 Really refreshing after coming in from a hot late summer day. Had intended to finish this can at dinner, but it barely made it to appetizers before the Beaster Bunny was gone (and the rest of the 4-pack was warm.) The Easter Bunny has a good balance of juicy-fruit and drying hops.
This is only my second from Evil Twin, which is a bit embarrassing for a Poo-bah to miss this creative a brewer. But I can make up for myself now and comment that he seems like a true gypsy brewer and a true mad brewer at once. The complete package with a huge portfolio of releases in a dozen years and obviously has the respect of other crafters to let him use their brewhouses. While I am not a fan of high ABV brews, I am going to take a closer look at this creative spirit. And who is his evil twin?

6 month old 330 ml bottle. Appearance when poured out is a hazy, cloudy golden orange colour, with some white froth with poor retention. Aromas are muted, was expecting a big dose of farmhouse saison earthy, dough aromas, but it was rather bland! Tastes-wise was similar, rather muted flavours, although the yeasty flavours do come through given how muted the hoppy notes were. Carbonation seems average on a light body. I think this deserves a second try on a fresher bottle.

A: Copper with some sediment, lots of fast rising carbonation, and topped with 4 fingers of yellowish, glassy, rugged head.
S: Phenols, plastic, bananas, really Belgian like. Hints of peaches.
T: Belgian phenols, banana, hints of peach tea, manufactured rubber.
M: Medium, slightly acrid, syrupy body. Moderate carbonation.
O: This is my second time having this, on Jan 9th, 2017 in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The last time was in Nimenheimin, 2 years ago in December with French cuisine in our apartment. Not quite as awesome this time on its own, but fair.

Bottle at Lager Lager Berlin.
I found this one pretty difficult to drink, it's not a sipper. Big body and very yeasty taste, seems like a belgian style ale. A sofa-drinking farmhouse ale, don't get fooled by the mid alcohol because it takes time to be finished.

Amariila turbia, con cabeza blancany delgada con retencion desente, algo de aroma frutal, sabor citrico, aspera, semi seca, cuerpo medio, alcohol y especias. Me gusta.
