Poured to a tulip glass.

A: The body is crystalline yellow having a one finger thick harsh white head that seems a bit artificial for its look. The head has a very low consistency and density, it's weird and also has low retention. Minor lacing.
S: The aroma has two separate profiles, one that's mildly tropical of pineapple and mango and another for resinous and hoppy aromas.
T: The beer starts with a very faint sweetness, having a very well balanced segment between the low sweetness and the bitterness, although I think it's not made on purpose. But currently it connects very well even sitting on my fridge for about 6 months. It reads Batch #12 on the bottom of the can.
M: The body is low. Carbonation is high and harsh. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Bitterness is mild.
O: The taste of this beer is interesting but everything else is not. For this beer, specifically this one, I wasn't expecting much even if I highly regard Evil Twin a great brewery.

Pours a clear gold with dust like particulates, producing a moderately aggressive 3 finger, glowing white, frothy, moderately lasting head that leaves a chunky but frost like coating of beautiful lacing. Aroma is earthy, spicy, floral & citrus hops & pale malt with a distinct onion like note. Taste is up front floral, earth & spice with a strong lemony citrus note emerging at mid-sip accompanied by thin pine in the finish thinly backed by an unbalanced thin pale maltiness. Bitterness appears by mid-sip & increases throughout the rest of the sip. The onion is much less noticeable in the sip than in the nose but reemerges in the aftertaste mixed with a resinous pine & citrus pith bitterness, all of which intensify & linger long. Mouthfeel is light bodied with moderate carbonation, thin bordering on watery, prickly, dry & very chalky. If this doesn't have Summit hops in it the onion must be an off flavor.

L: Hazy golden color, quarter finger white head, messy lacing, no carbonation.

S: Bready, hoppy.

T: Slightly hoppy, malty. Watery on the back end.

F: Watery, no body whatsoever.

O: Kind of session IPA but too watery for me.

12oz. can Batch #013

Pours hazy yellow gold with a frothy white foam head. Smells like floral pineapple, bready crackery honey malts, some grapefruit, orange citrus peel, with dank herbal earthy grass and pine. Tastes like pineapple, grapefruit, zesty orange citrus, some bready crackery honey malts, with bitter resinous woody pine and dank herbal earthy grass. Feels medium-light bodied, creamy and slick with moderate low carbonation. Overall a really nice session IPA.
