Pours a light sunset yellow, solid 1" head with very good retention and big streaks of lacing. Nose is brackish water, grapefruit, lemon zest, and some doughiness. Taste is sour but not bracingly so; lemon juice and kombucha; but on the long finish fresh dough and bread emerges. Little to no hop presence. Mouthfeel is soft with some moderate weight, but this never drinks heavy. Really enjoyed this one years ago and glad it see it back.

I can be convinced that 3% beer is great by Bikini.
a) lots of particulate swimming in a clear, translucent light yellow body that sprouts a thin head but not much lace.
s) Funky, tart, green apple, lemon, citrus, piss, and pineapple.
t) All tart without too much pucker, funky, lemon, mineral, scatty, complex.
f) Tangy through out, clean and crisp peppery drying finish.
o) Packs a punch for 3% which is why I love it. master brewer!

This sour ale was enjoyed on a riverside on a hot summer day, which might be the perfect moment for it. Very refreshing with a citrus tartness. It has a distinctive tangerine taste.

A finger of creamy white head that leaves a little lace. Pale gold with a slight fog. Very light at 3% abv. Super easy drinking and much better than I expected. I would definitely drink this again. Citrus notes develop as it warms.

Pours a slightly hazy, deep golden coloration with a tiny, fizzy head. Smell is quite tart, with a sort of buttery lactose aroma and notes of citrus/tropical fruit: lime, pineapple. Taste follows the nose, with a tart, zesty citrus flavour of lime and tangerine, with a hint of pineapple and an underlying buttery lactose note that really comes out in the aftertaste, along with an intensifying sourness, and almost reminds me of vanilla. I do have to wonder if that slightly odd buttery lactose note is really intended, but as it is actually quite reminiscent of vanilla, it's not that unpleasant at all.
