A: The beer is very hazy yellowish brown in color. It poured with a short white head that died down a bit but consistently left a thin head covering the surface.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of tropical fruits are present in the nose—mangoes and pineapple seem to stand out in particular. Notes of sourness from the brett are also perceptible.
T: Much like the smell, the taste is dominated by flavors of mangoes and pineapples along with notes of brett and hints of underlying caramel malts. There is only a slight amount of bitterness; it is like the brett canceled it out.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little crisp on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: Without the bitterness, this beer doesn't taste like an IPA and seems more like a funky tropical fruit drink. I really enjoyed it.

Pours a semi-hazed bronze with 3+ fingers of billowy pearl white head. Great lacing & good head retention (4.5)

S: Grassyness, sourness, & grapefruit (4.0)

T: Follows the nose, not quite that sour up front. Some pear notes as this warms, more grapefruit, a little pineapple, & some brett sourness. Finishes with pineapple, grapefruit & grassy sourness (4.25)

MF: Medium bodied, slight carbonation, nice balance (4.0)

Drinks easy enough. Makes for a nice change of pace, but Brett IPAs are not life-changing (4.25)

A: Pours a clear straw color with a white head.

S: Nectary pineapple and some funky Belgian yeast in the nose.

T: Funky Belgian yeast, pineapple, papaya, orange, very tasty.

M: Light bodied and smooth.

O: Recommended. I definitely liked this beer a lot.

Poured from a 22. Nice thin sustained lacing, very clear, light copper. Aroma is nelson sauvin goodness with such a slight trace of brett that it's almost undetectable. The hops meld so well with the yeast. No tartness at all with just a little hint of the yeast funk . It's really hard to believe this is a 100% brett fermented IPA. Not the biggest or best of anything in the typical IPA caragories but if you enjoy something unique and well crafted this is for you.
