Pours a golden amber with a large off white fluffy head. Aroma is of wheat, dark malt and yeast notes. Taste same as aroma with some moderate bitterness. Palate is a medium body with good carbonation. The finish has wheat and dark malt flavors with some yeast notes and moderate bitterness on the end for balance. Overall nothing too special here but still a good drinking brew.

Pours copper with a small head.
Nose shows sweet nutty, toasty and bready notes. Some subtle banana too.
Flavours include bready and nutty malt as well as some doughy wheat.
Pretty decent stuff.

500ml bottle.Weizen glass. Dark amber color, orangish brown tints to the light. Foggy. Beige, large bubbled froth & poor crown. Toasted & caramel malt, sugary aromas, floral notes & light ripe banana hues. Toasted, spicy & low hoppy upfront. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Oily to watery texture. Hues of fudge chocolate & phenolic notes. Cloying sweet finish. A boring one.

German beer sincerely liked. With subtlety or lack of forcefulness that calls for a pint of beer, a product persenalitat own, quality products for an authentic German difrutar! Surely repeat.

From Hipercor. In Paulaner glass. Watching Breaking Bad 1x04. Its not an style I like but I could finish it without much disgust. However, I wouldnt repeat it.

Drank at Turbante, Coimbra. Poured to a Rastal Benediktiner glass.

A: The beer is composed by a coppery body showing no carbonation. On top, a low retention beige head with some minor lacing.
S: The aroma is weird since it smells more like a usual hefeweizen. Weirdly, there no roastiness in here, just bready and clove.
T: The aromas felt are present here, both the clove and the breadiness but they should be more phased out! This is a Dunkel, not a Hefeweizen! For the style, these aren't the expected characteristics but it ends up being nice.
M: Just a nice carbonation here. Nothing much to report.
O: In the end, this is not a Dunkel beer. It goes far far away from the line crossed between hefes and dunkels. The appearance is right but the profile is not. It's a good one if you want to get someone into dunkels for a start.
