Pours a clear amber color withthin foamy head. Retentuon is mild. Lacing is good. Has a mild hoppy pine aroma with hints of citrus. Good piney hoppy taste. Has a mild citrus taste. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Much better from tap than bottle.

Pale malts and a medium hop presence make for a drinkable, medium/light ale with a copper tinge. Better than expected but maybe could be more alcoholic? That being said lots of balance in this beer. More like a standard pale ale then a full-on IPA (just now reading that I was correct in this assumption - 'tis an APA). Love this brewer and the notes I left didn't indicate too many negatives found with this beer at all despite it not making my top 50. Cheers.

Appearance: Medium copper colored body, slightly hazy, I can’t any visible carbonation, but the light tan head looks fantastic. Its fluffy, composed of bog bubbles and held together by a thick lacing.
Smell: Spices, malts , banana bread, mild lemon zest,
Taste: Bready, some lemon zest, plenty of cereal grains.
Mouthfeel: Creamy, semi-dry, but smooth.
Overall: Not as hoppy as I expected, given the style, but smooth and relatively tasty.
