stopped in for a couple pints on a Sunday afternoon, sat at the bar. The beer list was about a dozen draft taps, a cask beer option, some craft cans, and some pricey cellar aged beers. Decent variety of beer styles available. Bonus points for having a cask beer. Bartender was attentive. I had a snack of some sweet potato fries, they were good.

Maxwells is my goto place in town. The food is fantastic (although pricey), and the beer slection is always changing as well as high quality. These guys know their beer and try to have a good number of styles to choose from, whether it be on draft or in bottle.
They just started having beer and food pairings and have been a great way to try beers that are not easily accessed. The first was Cigar City ( a new beer i just recently disscovered ) , and we were able to sample 6 of their beers that we wouldnt have been able to try otherwise. The most recent was Ballast Point with 4 offerings and i was able to try Sculpin that was kegged 4 days prior. Point is this is a great place to eat and drink if you enjoy high quality beer.
