This place is an Eastside institution. For years I just thought they sold soup. Then one day I decided to take a peek inside. Surprise!

A nice little craft beer section in the back corner. Plenty of local stuff with heavy emphasis on Milwaukee stuff. The usual Midwest breweries are represented as well. Plus a decent amount of imports. Mostly sixers and a small shelf of bombers. A very small singles section as well.

They serve food since part of the store is a bakery/deli. So they have a open cooler where you can pick out a single 12oz or a bomber and drink it while you eat.

Not a world beater as far as bottle numbers go. However they do tend to have some locals longer than other stores. So if you need a seasonal fix and can't find it. You might want to check out B&B.

Where decent beer selection and foodie hipster comes eye to eye! Lots of my friends of this ilk used to rave about the place. Checked it out. Was pleasantly surprised.

Lots of Wisconsin beers in the back, lots of environmentally geared, ingredient, renewable energy etc. . . type of stuff.

People working there seem to revel in the place when they're outside of work (their identity), but then also carry a scowl at the same time when they're at work. What was up with that? Anyways, skip the bs, grab the beer, get in get out (parking sucks) and you can make some happy transactions.
