From old, undated notes. Poured from the bottle.

Clear golden hue.

White head; strong lace.

Pine & orange citrus nose.

Medium thin mouthfeel.

Nice pine, grass & light citrus. Light, sessionable yet flavorful. Tasty!

Pours a slightly cloudy golden color with moderate lacing.
Smell is grassy with citrus and a bit of lemon.
Taste is a hint of malt then citrus and a bit of pine.
Dry and tasty.

Another one I got at a brew fest yesterday. Smooth, light hoppy session beer. A... very good ...for sure.

Below average pale ale with some poor home brew type qualities to it.

Slight butterscotch, caramel malt backing with a harsh, abrasive piney bitterness. Jagged bitterness. Body is thin for style..slightly overcarbonated.

Would not recommend. No bottling date to be found.

12 oz. bottle into an IPA glass

A - Moderate pour produces a head that is 1 finger in height and is a heavy froth in appearance. The head dissipates very slowly. The beer itself is hazy, possibly chill haze, with moderate carbonation visible in the form of small bubbles rising quickly toward the surface. The color of the beer is a light copper. 4/5

S - Definitely a hop forward beer. Notes of grapefruit pulp, lemon fruit, and orange really come to the forefront along with pine resin. Fresh white bread acts as an undertone along with a light caramelized sugar. 4/5

T - Unmalted barley and an earthy nuttiness come out along with citrus peel right off the bat. The barley acts as an undertone but the nuttiness (almost like peanut husks) really comes out, surprisingly. Pine resin comes to bat with the disappearance of the caramel which is rather quickly, and dances alongside the grapefruit throughout the remainder of the profile. There is a bit of tangerine, mango, and papaya that comes out as well which is a nice fruity combo addition. Hop bitterness lingers significantly. 4/5

M - Medium bodied in stature with a decent carbonation burn which lasts for quite some time. Moderately drying with a dryness that lingers for quite some time after swallowing. 4/5

O - Very hop forward beer that focus primarily on citrus and pine. Combination of hop flavors is well played and works well as a unit. Very little in the way of sweetness. Light drinking but not necessarily sessionable for my palate. 4/5
