A-Clear as day light yellow, nicely carbonated, three finger fluffy head.
S-Cucumber. Straw/wheat but mainly just cucumbers.
T-An odd mix of cucumber and wheat. They do not mesh together at all. The cucumber is this harsh salty taste.
M-Light and watery with little carbonation.
O- A bad craft beer.

Maybe I got a bad sixer, but this is one of the worst beers I have ever had. I appreciate the unique aspect of cucumber beer, but this tasted very bad to me.

Poured into a miniature snifter from 12oz bottle
Look: Light yellow/mellow straw color. Filmy head. Looks like a Kolsch should!
Smell: HUGE cucumber nose, very vegetal but with a hint of sweet fruit.
Taste: Too much cucumber is the first thing I should say. Upfront, cucumber, in the finish, cucumber but also a nice pleasant fruit yeast flavor.
Feel: Light on the palate, lingering slight vegetal bitterness.
Overall: Very interested but more cucumber than I would have wanted in a beer like a kolsch. It could probably be awesome paired with some gamey meat or another dish but on it's own I can barely drink a bottle.

This was a gamble, never have seen anything with cucumber in it. I can definitely smell it. Very pale yellow, quite carbonated. It hit the spot on a hot summer day, but a lot of people will say rather bland, except for the smell. I'd drink it again, but not every day. Nice try

What do people honestly expect with a drawing of a cucumber slice on a green label?
Cucumber makes a refreshing cocktail, and it's no less refreshing here.
Pale pastel gold, wispy skim across the surface, plenty of drippy lace all around the glass.
Awesome cucumber smell and taste. Nose is a little more mild, but the unmistakeable fresh garden aroma is there. Earthy and green smell of fresh sliced cucumber.
Taste is earthy and green also, fresh cucumber slices and some light traces of Kölsch yeast fruitiness. The Kölsch is complimented well by the vegetable addition, it's uncanny how well it dovetails together. Light and fresh feel, a clean lager with ample body and carbonation.
Very refreshing and tasty, much like their Karousel Kölsch. Pairs perfectly with warm weather and a charcuterie or cheese plate.

Pours an overflowing white head. Very off beer. But the cucumber is there. For what it is, it's decent. A fun beer to try.

12 oz bottle.
Pale golden color with a fine white head.
Mild, lightly hoppy and vegetative aroma.
The flavor has a pronounced and clear cucumber note. Worth trying just for this.
